Louis is the driving force behind Honeybear Tactical's strategic consulting services. He brings over 30 years of executive and consulting experience, providing high-impact, growth-based solutions for some of the world's top Fortune 10 companies.

He now applies this proven corporate expertise to the Second Amendment industry, helping firearms brands, ranges, and trainers optimize their business, drive revenue, and build lasting success.

As the "Full Metal Sensei," Louis also serves as our Lead Instructor. He translates his deep passion for firearms and competitive shooting into a premium training experience. He specializes in private one-on-one instruction and small-group classes, delivering elite-level coaching for a discerning clientele committed to mastery.

Twi Jackson is passionate about introducing new and novice shooters to the world of firearms safely and effectively.
As a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor, Maryland Qualified Handgun Instructor, and USCCA Range Safety Officer, he provides personalized firearm introductions and private shooting lessons.
Twi also assists prospective gun owners with firearm fittings and teaches the required Maryland HQL and Wear & Carry training classes.
With a background of over 15 years in public service and education, Twi ensures a clear, patient, and knowledgeable learning environment.
Outside of training, he commits his time to charitable work and public service, often relaxing with a round of golf or enjoying great food.
