RELEASE, WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNIFICATION

AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

This Release, Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all firearms instruction, training activities, use of facilities, and related services provided by Honeybear Tactical, including its owners, instructors, employees, officers, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, “the Company”).

By checking the boxes below and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

1. PARTICIPANT REPRESENTATIONS

This Agreement applies to all sections below, including the Agreement Acknowledgments and any Minor Participation Addendum, whether or not expanded on screen.

I affirm that I am legally permitted to possess and handle firearms under federal, state, and local law, as described in the Agreement above.

I consent to lawful public or commercially available background verification, if required, in connection with this training.

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating in firearms training and have disclosed any medical or physical conditions that could affect safe participation.

I understand that firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental discharge, hearing loss, eye injury, burns, equipment malfunction, and serious bodily injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I release, waive, and discharge Honeybear Tactical, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of my participation, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of Honeybear Tactical, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honeybear Tactical from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my participation or my actions.

I agree to follow all Honeybear Tactical and range rules and all instructor directions. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
